How Social Media benefits Businesses

There are many benefits for having a Social Media campaign and a Social Media manager to maintain it. For starters, a Social Media marketing campaign allows a company to have "control" over what is being said about a companies product, service and/or custumer service, therefore keeping a business in a positive light and good standings with consumers. If there is negative feedback or an unhappy customer comment posted on one of the Social Media sites that you have a profile set up on, then by having a Social Media manager check this for you on a daily basis allows for the company to address that customers negative concern and turn it into a positive customer experience. Next, having a Social Media presence gives a company "visibility" online within the Social Media, there- fore making a business be known amongst the many other online sites who may have a simalar product or service. Then there's "relevancy". Having a Social Media marketing campaign allows for businesses to attain a specific audience who is only interested in their product/service, therefore allowing a Social Media marketing campaign to be relevant or specifically target to an audience's needs, wants and concerns. The last benefit that is beneficial to any business is being able to "blog" about new innovative products or services that a business maybe starting or par-taking in. Having a Social Media manager handle this for a business allows for new news of a company to be easily put out instantly online when necessary, creating more of a buzz in the ears of consumers for that companies products or services. Plus, I must also reinterate, having a Social Media campaign is the least expensive compared to the many other high priced methods of marketing and the most effective form of advertising when handled properly, however doing Social Media marketing in-house can be expensive and very much time consuming. Now, there are benefits for hiring & having a Social Media manager, like setting up accounts. Business owners don't have to worry about passwords or multiple login accounts because Social Media managers can handle those for them. Having a Social Media manager helps with keeping track of whats being said about a business online as they will handle that for them by spending the necessary time online everyday to keep track of what may be being said about a company. In addition to that, Social Media managers can manage & maintain the entire social presence online. No need to figure out where to post blogs or anything like that because a Social Media manager will handle that too as well. So a business owner can stay completely hands free and doesn't have to worry about this because it will be, being handled. In conclusion, companies like "Starbucks", "Nike", "Ford", "Coca-Cola" and "Dell" are examples of companies who use Social Media marketing and their brand is now thy most talked about in the online world and offline as well. Remember, Social Media goes on even if a business doesn't have an established online presence. And if you don't have someone managing this for your business, then there could be some damaging info published online about your business product or service that a company doesn't know that could be unhealthy for a businesses bottom line. To sum it up, ignoring Social Media is not an option, in this day and age it is becoming a necessity for businesses that still want to compete. The direct access to consumers and easy modes of interaction make social sites a perfect place to attract potential new customers, clients or patients. Basically, a business just needs a Social Media game plan, a Social Media manager like me DuShawn Siller, to monitor and manage it for them and a reassurance that their will be a return on their Social Media campaign investment. How to Use Social Media

Some people from a business standpoint of view may wonder how Social Media can & should be used. Well, just briefly we'll explore the ways a business can use Social Media. One of the first main "uses" of having a Social Media profile on one of the many Social Media websites is to be able to connect with people. Thus, when you connect with more than one person, you start to build an audience of listeners that want to keep up with an individual or business. From a business prospective when you have many listeners wanting to be apart of your inner circle communication, then you have an audience that you can talk too, to get opinions and/or feedback about things that matter to you. Social Media allows you to be able to use it in this manner for whatever matters to you. Now Social Media outlets use slightly different terminology when it refers to its audience. A prime example would be Facebook referring to its audience as "Fans", or Twitter referring to its audience as "Followers". Below are the Social Media sites that I give you examples of how they each refer to their audiences via different terminology: * Facebook - People on Facebook become "fans" of a person or business by "Liking" or "subcribing to a personal or business page". They can then comment on, or share posts that are made on the pages wall, also known as a "timeline". And posts can be status updates, images or video. * Twitter - People who "Follow" a Twitter profile are called "Followers" and their posts are called "Tweets". "Followers" can re-tweet or reply to Tweets. * LinkedIn - LinkedIn is all about making connections and networking with others in specific fields and industries. People who interact on LinkedIn do so by "joining groups", posting statuses and offering and receiving recommendations from colleagues. * Google+ or (G+) - Encourages users to add each other to "Circles" and share info on their communicating platform. Users can also "G+" things that interest them and raise their ranking. This account when set up can be used by the client to share info quickly to many people on the network and to rate information from the web that the client wants to promote. * Youtube - This site is used to create and subscribe to channels to help spread the word about a business. You can upload, favor and even comment on videos. Youtube's audience are referred to as "subscribers". A business can also share items from Youtube on G+ or Google. * Pinterest - Users "pin" images on virtual boards and can follow other "pinners", liking commenting on and re-pinning their images. Pinterest is easy to hook into Facebook and Twitter. Generally speaking, this is a Social network site where businesses can pin the images of their business on the boards of this website. Business clients are jumping at Pinterest as the next big thing in Social Media because of its traffic driving properties. So, as you can see a person or business can use the Social Media's to connect and build relationships in the form of an audience for different matters. Flipping it more to the business side, Social Media marketing can be used to present solutions. Example: Businesses can showcase the benefits of depending on them for information & solutions while reaching a huge audience. Also businesses can ask questions that focus their target demographics needs. In closing, once you have established and set up your Social Media profiles, and you have a listening audience built up, there is a constant need to maintain and especially interact on all of your Social Media accounts on a daily & consistent basis. All of this takes ALOT of time and this is where hiring a Social Media manager like yours truly DuShawn Siller can be a great help to your company. What is Social Media?

Is Social Media Marketing a must for your business to start marketing in now, but you don't quite understand social media marketing or don't have the time to learn how to implement social media marketing? In this 3 parts segment, I'll help you to understand what social media is and briefly explain how beneficial it can be for your bottom line. Social Media marketing is now the most necessary form of promotion or branding for all online or offline businesses and when done right is the least expensive, but yet cost effective. This is a platform where an individual person or business can share info about anything thats trying to be communicated to people. An example would be like a product or service that a business offers, since people communicate with each other via these social media network sites this allows for information of a particular product or service to get heard about very quickly by other masses of people who are online on these social media network sites. Now more than ever, Social Media network sites are Hot and very popular. Did you know that a recent study showed that social media profiles get looked at first before email is even opened or thought about? There are several online social media outlets, but the more popular ones with the most traffic is Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google+, Pinterest and also multiple review sites. Blogs too, are a way to get word out about anything worth talking about. For business purposes a blog can be a way to get a businesses side of the story out about their product or service, plus blogs hook into the social sites so it gives you an opportunity to expand your audience about a product or service. Now, each social media site has a different audience than the other and is used differently according to its manner of use. Below is just a handful of the example social media websites that I spoke of above and how they are used and who they cater too. * Facebook - One of the most heavily trafficked social sites on the web yet this is quite a social site for talking about any and everything. (Recent study shows that more people now check their Facebook account first before they do there email.) * Twitter - Is the social site network that people use to mostly post a comment or complaint about a business. So being able to monitor and reply to such comments or complaints on on the Twitter Network social site is very important and could be critical to your businesses well being. * LinkedIn - This is strictly a social network of business professionals who are already in business or own their own businesses. The avg salary for Professionals who have a business profile on the LinkedIn Social network site is $107,000 per year or more. It is very critical and extremely important for your business to have a presence on the LinkedIn network website. In essence, LinkedIn is more of a social platform where businesses can connect with other businesses for products/services instead of consumers. If you don't have your business listed on this LinkedIn.com network then your business means nothing and will have no relevancy. Having your business profile on LinkedIn is like passing out your business card. * Review sites - These are sites that consumers go too, to look at opinions or info from past consumers about a product or service whether good feed back or bad feedback. (You constantly want to keep this monitored to know if your business is getting positive reviews or not. If there are bad reviews coming about then you should definitely have a social media manager to respond back positively for your company.) Finally, and in my opinion, even though Facebook.com is the most trafficked social site out of them all, I think that having a profile set up on the LinkedIn.com social media network would be much better for businesses from a business standpoint. The ‘pay it forward’ system is being used by the sellers. The system is focused on automated sales and the network marketer will get 100% profit from every sale. Basically, there are four packages that you can choose from that will allow you to earn certain profits depending on the entry level.

For instance, for the first package, a person can earn $47 while the second package will give you profits of $97. The third package will give you $247, the fourth package is $497, and the fifth package is the highest profits which can reach $997.
